Ms Dillon’s first class had the challenge of writing a story about a mighty knight based on four pictures – a castle, a knight, a dragon and a hose!!! Below are the stories they came up with….

The Mighty Knight by Moya Dalton
Once upon a time there lived a mighty knight. He was the mightiest knight in the Kingdom. He always got past the witches and the ghosts and everything but one night he started to run and the trees began to fall everywhere he looked. When he looked out his window they were still falling but he noticed something. He thought it was all a dream but then he saw a dragon on he said so he went out and opened the door and the dragon was right in front of him. He jumped on his back and punched the dragon. There was fire everywhere so he got the hose and put the fire out. The dragon was dead and they all lived happily ever after.

Once upon a time there was a castle. There was a mighty king he fought the dragon, the dragon was breathing fire. The mighty knight took a hose and he squirted it in the dragon’s mouth. The dragon ran away. Everyone was very happy. The End.

Once upon a time there lived a knight called mighty knight; he lived in a cottage near the cave of the dragon. One day the knight went on an adventure to stop the dragon breathing fire, he found the cave and he frightened the dragon. The dragon’s fire was poisonous but luckily the knight had a hose, he defeated the dragon and his kingdom had victory, but there was another dragon out there and he needed help. He couldn’t get any fire. He was lucky he found some weapons and he used them to look for dragons when he found them he fought the dragon and he won.

One day somebody was knocking on the door so he opened it and it was a big, big, big, big dragon and they had a fight and they kept fighting. There was only one way to solve this fight, he spilt water all over the dragon to stop the fire. The End.

There once was a knight, he was strong and mighty. He lived in a palace, he killed a dragon by spraying it with water down he goes! WAH WAH WAH!! “Game over dude!” The knight went back to the palace. Another dragon came and the knight killed him too. There was a war and it killed every one. The End.

Once upon a time in 2013 a dude called Steve he lived a castle made from obsidian. When he found an eye of ender to locate the strong hold. Then the next day he found the stronghold them he went to the end, to slay the last dragon but he survived. The bosses health went low but he got the ender egg that gave him a hose.

Once upon a time there was a castle in the middle of the nowhere. Suddenly a dragon swooped down from the sky and he started to fight. Then the dragon started to fight. He was able to breathe fire, but the dragon flew away to the village and then the knight came and got a hose and he squirted it at the dragon and the village survived. The End.

Once upon a time a knight was standing beside the dragon and the dragon blew fire and then the knight ran to get the hose because the dragon was going to burn down the village. He turned the hose on and everyone shouted hooray! He had rescued the village and after that a squirrel came and was really happy because the knight rescused the village. The knight married a princess and they all lived happily ever after!

Once upon a time there was a mighty knight called Seán. He lived in a castle. Knight Seán was very brave, he would never lose a fight but one day a dragon came to fight the knight. The mighty knight called his friends and started to fight the dragon. The dragon started to spit flames of fire but the knight kept fighting and finally Knight Seán found a sword on the ground, so he picked it up. The dragon’s flames melted the sword. Séan got a hose but it did not work so he had to keep fighting. Finally the dragon got tired and he fell asleep so the knight went back to his castle.

Once upon a time there was a handsome man named Ben. He wanted to be a knight but he was a prince. He wanted to get married. He was nervous to tell his Father, in case he would say no and he would get angry with him. He went to his father and said I want to get married. His father told him if you want to get married you have to be strong. “Do I?” said Ben “of course” said his father. His father said he must fight the dragon to prove he was strong. Ben fought with ten dragons and he won each fight. His father told him he was strong enough, he ran off to the forest where he asked the girl would she marry him. They lived happily ever after.

Once upon a time there was a princess called Nessa she lived in a kingdom. Nessa asked could she go outside but the King said no because the knight was fighting dragons. She went up the stairs and she stayed there for a long time. She looked out the window and she could see the knight fighting the dragon. She told the king. The king got the hose, he splashed the dragon and he died. They all lived happily ever after.

In the tunnel there was a cave and small trees covered the tunnel so that no one can see it. Suddenly out of the tunnel came two big red eyes. It was the dragon! The knight told him he was brave and the dragon breathed fire the knight. The knight got a hose and the water went into the dragon’s mouth, he went back to his cave and they all lived happily ever after.

Once upon a time there was a knight named Max. He had a golden sword but there was a dragon who wanted to kidnap the Princess Alexa. The knight told the Queen and the King that the Dragon is trying to kidnap the Princess Alexa their daughter. Alexa built a tower to protect herself but the dragon used his tall tail to try steal Alexa. The knight killed the dragon but the Princess was surrounded by fire. The Knight got a hose and put out the fire and they all lived happily ever after.

Once there was a King he said I need my bravest knight to fight the dragon from the village so the king picked the bravest knight. He got trained to fight. He ran and ran and ran and then he got to the dragon. He fought the dragon; the dragon did not know what was going on. He thought to himself. We got trained in all the stuff we needed to know but then he saw a villager’s hose he ran at the dragon with it and he squirted the hose at the dragon’s mouth. The dragon could not breathe fire anymore so he ran off into the woods and no one saw him ever again. The knight saved the village all the villagers cheered for him and threw him up in the air. The End.
