In the school hall today during both the Junior and the Senior class assemblies, certificates and prizes were given out to children who completed Scoil Mhuire’s Summer Reading Challenge during the holidays. Each child who participated received a cert and a number of lucky children won Easons Gift Cards. Two especially lucky children went home with a basket of books each as Ellen and Zoe pulled out of the hat to win the grand prizes.

Well done to all those who took part and hopefully we’ll have even more joining in next year.
