Sports Day

This year’s Sports Day was held across the road from the school on the grounds of Lucan United. The weather was fine for the most part and the children had a great time participating in the various activities that were on offer. Here are some photographs from Sports Day 2012.

Each door will be allocated a letter, and with ten doors available to us we will be able to safely disperse the children as they enter the school building in the morning, and as they exit it for breaktimes.

This year we made up 173 Christmas Shoeboxes. This is a record for Scoil Mhuire. So well done to all the boys and girls who packed and wrapped all of the shoeboxes.

This year the boys and girls of Scoil Mhuire put together 214 Christmas shoeboxes. This is our biggest amount ever, so well done to everyone involved.
