On Tuesday 15th of March primary schools all around the country took part in an event to commemorate the 1916 Rising. Proclamation Day was a huge success and our school news team were there to capture the event. Highlights of our event included the raising of the tricolour – which had been presented to our school at a ceremony earlier in the academic year, a recitation of the proclamation and our proclamation for a new generation.
