This was a game of high quality played in Lucan Sarsfields on Tuesday. Despite having as much possession as their opponents, Scoil Mhuire found themselves trailing by three goals at half time.
In a much improved second half, the Lucan boys threw the kitchen sink at the opposition but their only reward was a single point.
Charlie Keher and Philip Kane were outstanding throughout the game. Others to put in a huge effort were Mark Gormley, James Kebana and Conall Chambers.
