Best of luck to our senior hurlers who play their quarter final tomorrow. Providing the opposition will be St. Malachy’s from Edenmore. The match will take place in Whitehall Colmcille’s pitch on the old airport road at 3pm. There will be a full report of the match on this website.

Our camogie girls have qualified for the semi-final of the shield competition. This will probably be played next week. Venue and opposition to be confirmed.

Our junior hurlers will play their first league game on Tuesday next, April 16th when they take on Gael Scoil Eiscir Riada in a local derby in Lucan Sarsfields at 3pm.

On Friday April 19th, there will be a 3rd/4th class hurling blitz in Lucan Sarsfields at 3pm. This will be open to boys who play hurling with Scoil Mhuire and/or Lucan Sarsfields. Trials will also be held for boys who don’t currently play hurling but who would like to try it out. A number of boys will be selected from these trials to take part in the blitz. The first trial will take place at big break on this Friday. anybody interested should wear in a tracksuit. Anyone who has a hurley and/or helmet should bring it in too. Hurley and helmet will be provided to anyone who doesn’t have one.
