The girls’ indoor football league semi-finals were played on Tuesday and they were two very entertaining matches. In the first match Chelsea took on Tottenham. Katie score two early goals before Tottenham came into the match. They layed siege to the Chelsea goal but couldn’t find a way through.

The next game between Ajax and Shamrock Rovers was quite tight for the opening few minutes before Clodagh blasted in a great strike. The floodgates opened then and she scored twice more before Faye added Ajax’s fourth. Rovers pulled a late consolation back with when Gracious scored from long range but it was too little too late.

We have an epic final in store for Thursday next (15th) when two unbeaten teams go head to head!
