Our girls got their season off to a winning start with a well-deserved victory over their gallant opponents. While Scoil Mhuire were the better team, Scoil Treasa battled bravely to the end. In a great team performance, the stars for the Lucan team were Ella Foster, Shannon Byrne, Maria Furmaniak, Frances Winter, Bevin Kelleher, Sarah Lovett, Rosanna Rotaru ,Niamh Mc Clelland, Clodagh McDonnell, Niamh Roche and Christine Okakpu. Well done to Tegan Kelleher from 3rd class who played her first game for the school team.
