Scoil Lorcáin Palmerstown 6-13

Scoil Mhuire 5-6

Despite the scoreline, this was a closely fought contest  which went from end to end all through the match. Scoil Mhuire started as if they were going to blitz their opponents but once Palmerstown settled down , it was clear they were a serious team. Scoil Mhuire held a narrow lead at half time, burt Palmerstown gradually got on top and finished strongly.

Eoin Harrington gave a 5 star display between the sticks, while others to impress were Anthony  Nkosi, Alex Hickey , Joey O Sullivan, Ben O Toole and Reece Lamphiere. This was a much improved display from Scoil Mhuire and they can look forward with confidence to their vital clash with Scoil Treasa , Firhouse in Lucan Sarsfields on Thursday.
