A reminder that next week (May 2 -6 ) the school will be closed for a mid term.

The school will also be closed for the June Bank Holiday Monday on June 6th. We have an extra day to take, and we will take this on the Tuesday (June 7th).

The Dept of Education and Skills have introduced a new curriculum for language (English and Irish), and we have been instructed to provide for one day’s inservice training before the end of this academic year, so we have elected to have this day on Wednesday, June 8th when the staff will receive training for the new curriculum. The children will not be coming to school that day.

All these dates, along with dates for school tours, sports days etc are on the school website calendar.

For the next academic year the children will return to school on Thursday, September 1st, 2016
