50 children from Scoil Mhuire made the trip across Lucan to Griffeen Valley Park for the first of four cross country events. The children were running in different age groups and they all represented the school excellently. The competition was fierce as the children were competing with other schools to make the finals in Corkagh Park. Scoil Mhuire’s star of the day was Darragh Burns who finished 3rd in his heat. Well done to all involved!
