On Tuesday last the Scoil Mhuire camogie team had their first match of the season against Lucan Educate Together. The girls had a very successful first outing winning on a 2-4 to no score scoreline. Captain for the day Gracious Momoh led by example and was super in defence. Other sixth class girls Niamh Roche and Aoife Murtagh set a brilliant example for all the new members of the team.

Well done to everyone and especially those whose first match it was. Many thanks to all the Mams, Dads, Grannies, Grandads, aunts and uncles who provided lifts.

Our next match is against St. John The Evangelist in Scoil Mhuire. Please note time change from 2.30pm to 1.15pm.

We will have training on Tuesday after school for girls who are not going to the soccer match.
