FAI Pegasus Cup – Last 16
Scoil Mhuire – 8
St. Laurence O’Toole’s, Seville Place – 3

Scoil Mhuire made it through to the quarter final of the cup last Friday after a convincing win over St. Laurence O’Toole’s in Airlie Heights.
The game started at a frantic pace with both sides pushing for the opening goal of the game. After some last gasp defending at both ends Scoil Mhuire broke the deadlock when Toby Nndozie got on the end of a Sami Clarke corner. St. Laurence O’Toole’s were looking dangerous on the counter attack but Scoil Mhuire went into the break 3-0 up after two fine finishes from Evan Colgan who was being fed some lovely through balls by Anthony Nkosi and Dylan Rankin. The clean sheet at half time was down to our solid defensive unit of Daniel Nulty, Benji Ubaekwe, Nathan Weafer McGovern and Aryan Rawat. Eoin Harrington also pulled off a string of saves that David De Gae would have been proud of.
The second half produced 8 goals from both sides. Our goal scorers in the second half were Evan Colgan (who completed his hat-trick), Sami Clarke (2), super sub Alex Hickey and Joey O’Sullivan.
Daniel Kane, Titas Dubinskas, Evan Wynne, Luke Cahill and Alex Hickey all made a huge impact coming off the bench.
Well done to all involved.
League match Thursday away to St. Patrick’s, Corduff.

Any chance of directions to St Patrick’s Corduff as will be coming straight from work. Maybe directions from shopping centre if possible?
    Thanks

      Hi Hilary,

If you come off the N3 at the second Blanchardstown Centre (Mulhuddart) exit and take the right instead of the left for the town centre. Take a right onto Blackcourt Rd – it’s just after some of the Brookhaven turns. The road loops around and a tiny bit after the turn for the Corduff Sports Centre is the turn for St. Patrick’s school.
