Can parents please tell their children that ball playing is not allowed in the yard before school begins.
With the milder weather some children bring in their own footballs to play with on the grass at breaktime, and our hurlers have sliotars and hurls with them. And whilst we always encourage participation in sport, we must ensure the safety of the 400+ pupils, many parents and minders and smaller children in buggies in the yard before school.
