Out of a total of 1,575 entries, only one person correctly predicted that Donegal would beat Mayo by 2-11 to 0-13 in last Sunday’s All Ireland Senior Football Final.
Congratulations to Sinéad O Neill, mother of Leigh, Keith and Kelly who wins the first prize of €150.
18 people correctly predicted the aggregate score (Donegal 17 points ; Mayo 13 points).
There were only 6 runners-up prizes of €50 so a draw was held in the hall in front of about 250 very excited children. That left 12 disappointed people but Mr Egan decided that they deserved a consolation prize so the unlucky 12 won €20 each.

We then held a draw for each class, with a prize of €25 going to one lucky child in each class.

All results details are below.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to our competition.
After prizes were given out, we made a profit of €2,200 which will be put to good use in promoting sport, pe and healthy living in Scoil Mhuire.
Go raibh míle maith agaibh.
