What is Scratch?

Scratch is a programming language that makes it easy to create your own interactive stories, animations, games, music, and art — and share your creations on the web. Scratch is easy to use and really is great fun. It’s a computer program that you can use on the web or, if you need to, you can also download onto your computer but its totally free!
